What is ekPOS?
ekPOS is a point of sale and back-office system for shops in Egypt. It runs in your web browser: there is nothing to install on the computers at your counter, and you can reach your shop's figures from anywhere.
What you can do with it

| Catalog | Products with SKUs and barcodes, variants such as size and colour, bundles, categories, brands and units, and barcode labels. |
| Stock | Stock held separately at each branch and warehouse, transfers between them, adjustments, and counted inventory audits. |
| Buying | Suppliers, purchase orders, receiving (in part or in full), supplier payments and returns. |
| Money | Expenses, petty cash, recurring expenses, customer and supplier balances, and — on plans that include it — a full double-entry chart of accounts with balance sheet, trial balance and cash flow. |
| Service | A repairs desk that tracks devices from booking-in to collection. |
| Reports | Profit & loss, sales, purchases, tax, stock, restock and more, with CSV export and printing. |
| E-invoicing | Issuing ETA e-invoices and e-receipts, signed with your e-seal. |
| Connections | WooCommerce online store sync, and a REST API for your own software. |

Each page describes what a screen is for, the steps to use it, what its fields mean, and what happens afterwards.
NoteSome features depend on your subscription plan: accounting, repairs, gift cards, price lists, several reports and the integrations. If a menu described here is missing for you, see Plans and features.
Languages
ekPOS works in Arabic and English. Switch with the عربي / EN toggle at the top of every screen. Each user's choice is remembered. This guide uses the English labels.
